Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stampede. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
Acceptable use
When using Stampede, you agree not to:
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or infringing on others’ rights.
- Attempt to manipulate vote counts, create fake accounts, or abuse the voting or comment systems.
- Disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its infrastructure.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
User content
You retain ownership of the comments and content you post. By posting, you grant Stampede a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app as part of normal operation — for example, showing your comment on a card. You are responsible for the content you post, including any GIF you attach to it.
GIFs available in the comment composer come from a third-party catalog (Klipy) and are not owned by Stampede. They are provided as-is under that provider’s terms, and are subject to the same acceptable-use rules and moderation as anything else you post.
Content and accuracy
Cards are generated from publicly available sports news and AI-assisted writing, and are provided for entertainment and discussion. Stampede is not affiliated with any sports league, team, or news organization, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of card content.
Readings and predictions
Fan DNA, the Barometer and any other reading the app shows are descriptions of how fans have voted. They are entertainment, not advice, and nothing in the app is a prediction you should rely on for any decision with money attached.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Stampede is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stash Digital LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Stampede at any time and permanently delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
