These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stampede mobile app (“Stampede”). By creating an account or using Stampede, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Stampede. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the comments and content you post. By posting, you grant Stampede a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app as part of normal operation (for example, showing your comment on a card). You are responsible for the content you post.
Cards are generated from publicly available sports news and AI-assisted writing, and are provided for entertainment and discussion. Stampede is not affiliated with any sports league, team, or news organization, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of card content.
Stampede is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampede and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using Stampede at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
